The Lil Joey All In One Diaper is one of the easiest preemie/newborn diaper to use. With no insert stuffing, they snap on and off just like a disposable! Each cloth diaper has a permanently sewn in thirsty microfiber soaker that is 4 layers thick. This AIO (All In One) also has a waterproof outer layer so no extra cover is needed. Just snap on and go!

The outside of the Lil Joey AIO Diaper is made of a polyester that has been laminated with a thermoplastic polyurethane using a heat bonding process, instead of using the solvent and chemical process of PUL that gives off harmful toxic fumes. Rumparooz® wants what is better for our environment! Because the TPU laminate and the polyester fabric used are biodegradable, when composted it will biodegrade in 4-5 years.
