Size 0 - Newborn Size has a special snap down to accommodate the umbilical cord area. This fitted will fit even a tiny 5 pound newborn without being too bulky!

The NEW Medium/Large Size folds down in the front to adjust the rise to fit smaller babies. There are no extra rows of snap, so these Kissaluvs Fitteds are easy to use. Instead of needing three sizes, this new M/L size means you will only need two sizes to fit babies from birth through potty training.
