The Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion Concentrate comes in a 4 oz pop-up squirt top bottle. This bottle makes 8 Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion Spray bottle refills! To make a refill: Shake well. Add 1 tablespoon Concentrate to 1/2 cup witch hazel. You can also make a cloth wipe solution by blending a squirt or two with distilled water. When mixing the Concentrate with distilled water, you lose the preservative action of the witch hazel, so be sure to use a water-based mix within 2 weeks.
