We ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them (except weekends and holidays) . If some items are on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail. Pre-order items will be shipped once we receive them.
We try to recycle boxes and packaging materials as often as we can. So please accept the slightly "used" boxes as our own little recycling program.
PLEASE provide us with an accurate safe mailing address. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left it in an unsafe place, nor will we be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note that on your package or contact us so that we can include a delivery signature request.
There is NO free shipping for Alaska, Hawaii or International orders.
Shipping Rates (Alaska, Hawaii, International)
- All our rates are based on the weight of the products you order. We get our rates directly from UPS and USPS and you will be given the different options and can choose the rates that best suit you. If you want any special shipping instructions, please contact us as soon as you have placed your order. Please remember that USPS does not guarantee the date of arrival of any of their services except for Express Mail.
- We insure all packages and will replace any lost package as soon as the insurance from UPS or USPS gets paid out.
- A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to your shipping address after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS or UPS. Packages that are confirmed delivered and disappear from your door are excluded and can not be claimed.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase/invoice date.
- Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned. Original condition means free of any dirt, odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your (the buyer's) responsibility. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. Diaper Safari will not take responsibility for what we do not receive.
- When your return is processed, you will receive an email indicating your return is "complete". You should receive your Credit within 2 to 4 business days of us processing it.
- Please note: If your order was
shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund.
