BabyHawk Baby Carriers are a Mei Tai style carrier. Mei Tai (pronounced "may tie") is a style of baby carrier that has its roots in Asia and has been used for hundreds of years.
A Mei Tai has a square or rectangle shaped piece of fabric with straps on all 4 corners. It can be worn on your front or back from newborn through toddlerhood.
The BabyHawk Baby Carrier is great for newborn through toddler years (up to 40 pounds). You can carry your baby on your back, front or hip. The 4 straps make this carrier infinitely
adjustable and can be used by different sized caregivers. The simple design makes it easy to put on and take off, always getting a perfect fit.
The BabyHawk Baby Carrier will fit up to women's size 22/24 or a men's XXL. The actual body size (16.5" x 23.5") of the carrier isn't relevant
to the size of the person wearing it.
The straps of the BabyHawk Baby Carrier are 70-72" long, 3 3/4" wide and are lightly padded for extra comfort. The bottom strap is a continuous piece of fabric to make it strong and
durable, giving your baby safe support. This Mei Tai carrier can be used with your newborn and you will be able to discreetly
breastfeed your baby in it.
BabyHawk Mei Tai Carriers have a beautiful print on one side that reverses to the solid color of the straps on the other side. The headrest will support young babies and sleeping babies.
The headrest can also be folded down so curious babies can look around.
Care Instructions: Wash your BabyHawk on cold with just a little detergent (try putting it in a large lingerie bag or pillowcase to avoid it getting wrapped around the agitator or getting
the straps all twisted) and then line dry. You CAN machine dry but your colors will stay brighter and more vibrant if you line dry. If your carrier has dark colors, it is a good idea to include a
