Shipping Terms
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving them (exept weekends and holidays) . If some items are on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail.

Within the USA we ship either USPS Priority Mail (under 3 pounds) or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (3 pounds and more). Most Packages will be delivered between 2 - 7 business days. Rates have been calculated based on an average for weight and distance. ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE AN INSURANCE! This means that your package is covered in transit and against damages. Once a package is delivered, we unfortunately can not take responsibility for it. You can request SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. Incorrect shipping addresses will be charged the FedEx rerouting charge.

International orders will be shipped via air parcel post or air package. Rates are not charged at check-out, but are calculated for each order and service requested.

Express delivery is available. Please e-mail or call us for rates.

Please specify any special shipping needs in the box "special shipping instructions" provided on the order form. Please note that the charges for special shipping requests WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHOW UP ON YOUR BILL & RECEIPT. We will send you a receipt including those charges.

We try to recycle boxes and packaging materials as often as we can.
